Double bedrooms at ground floor, very welcoming and each with its own bathroom, purpose wonderful views of the Umbria country.
The first floor bedrooms, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, have wonderful views too.
At garden level, another apartment with another entrance, a very large lounge-library with fireplace, three large glass-windows opened on the green garden, a very large double bedroom, another tv lounge, a little kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The Villa is completely surrounded by a wonderful garden that opens on the surrounding olive trees. After that, you can completely enjoy the swimming pool (mt.12 x 4,50) also to admire better the panorama of the Tiber valley, that the swimming pool overlooks.

First floor: 2 double rooms (with 2 single beds), each with its own bathroom

Ground floor: big lunge with library, fireplace and kitchenette, 1 recreational room (with Tv and games), 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower.
