WELCOMING AND CONSIGNMENT OF KEYS
Please contact the reception at least 3 days before your arrival, to agree the time of consignment of the house. Confirm your appointment at Your arrival/landing/disembark near the destination you selected. The telephone number to contact the reception will be given with the voucher, together with the opening time of reception.

NUMBER OF OCCUPIERS
A number of occupiers exceeding the bed places pointed in the website or in the descriptive form, will cause the cancellation of the contract, with the consequent loss of the sums already disbursed, as a penal. At this regards, Customer are the only responsible for the statements returned.

PETS
Allowed only if declared and confirmed by us at the moment of booking.

ANNULMENT OF THE BOOKING ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer has the possibility to nullify the booking before the departure, paying a penal equal to the one described in the booking conditions of the selected accommodation.

ANNULMENT OF THE BOOKING ON THE PART OF THE OWNER
In case of an act of God, an event which neither ITALIAN s.r.l. or its representatives could have reasonably foreseen, will prevent us not to let you have an adequate stay, ITALIAN s.r.l. will make every effort to make available an alternative accommodation of equal quality, or in a drastic instance it will nullify the booking and refund the full rent of the remaining days stay, without the customer could advance pretences. After that, ITALIAN s.r.l. could also nullify, at its own discretion, each initiative in progress because of (wars, strikes...) events which could not have reasonably foreseen, refunding the deposited fee without the customer could advance pretences (in dispensation of the article 1385 of the Civil Code). After that ITLIAN s.r.l. could also retain a commission (for the expenses) not exceeding the 10% of the security deposit disbursed.

DELIVERY OF THE PROPERTY AND RESPONSABILITY OF THE TENANT
At the end of lease the tenant shall reconsign the property in good conditions in terms of order and cleaning, except normal use, following the conditions of the agreement, directly responding for both lack or damage. The tenant shall pay for posible damages (for example broken glasses) even if caused by natural events or accidents

Every personal data acquired by Itineraries Locations of Italian S.r.l. remains strictly confidential, as requeted by the law 196/2003. Under the law and the effects of the DLGS 196/2003, both sides agree that personal data will be managed only for aims linked to the contractual attainment or to the observance of law obligations, comprehended the adoption of security limits. Data will be manually and electronically managed, saved for the lenght allowed by law and then erased. Both sides have the right explicated in the point n.7 of the DLGS 196/2003, that should have made felt by pointing it to the titulars of the treatment.
