The distance to the city centre is about 1 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport. The owners live on the first floor of Bouganvillae, one of the premises and could assist you at any time.
BOUGANVILLEA: 6+1
This apartment is accessed through up an external staircase up to the second floor. There is an entrance hallway (with a double sofa-bed) which extends into the comfortably furnished living room. From this living area the large and well-equipped kitchen can be easily accessed.
Bouganvillae has three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower; one with twin beds (which could be transformed in double bed); and the third bedroom is with bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share an enormous bathroom with tub and shower. There is a washing machine and air conditioning.
EDERA: 4+1
This is a ground floor apartment in the south part of the main villa. Through the courtyard the guest access into the large living/dining room with kitchen corner. In the premise there are also two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there is no window.
The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. There is air conditioning and a private veranda that overlooks the garden with a view of the sea at the distance.
MELOGRANO: 2+1
This a cozy little cottage located in the courtyard and covered with wonderful bougainvillea and edera. This mono local apartment has one large room (35sq.m.) that functions as living/dining/kitchen with queen size sofa bed; there is another small room with a single bed, a small bathroom with shower, and a lovely veranda overlooking the swimming pool. There is air conditioning.
