Description: The two residencial buildings (Villa & dependance) are located in a 6.000 Mt2 mediterranean garden, with private swimming pool, palm trees directly to the catona seaside; it is amazingly located at the centre of Messina strait, only 30 metres from the sea and 6 km from Sicilian coastline.
The pool area is ideal to have dinner and night parties, completed with gazebo and a kitchen equipped with: wash-basin, barbecue, lunch table and Hi/Fi. (swimming can be done already in May or even before). In front of the pool, there is a solarium and beach umbrellas, while behind the gazebo there is a beach-tennis court, also ideal for beachvolley & other beach activities and to sunbathe.
THE MAIN RESINDECE:
Twentieth century farm house, recently restyled, with A/C, wooden roof ceiling with lead astray. It consists of a spacious living room and dining room with 35 inch TV; the living room is connected with the kitchen and 3 bed-rooms (2 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms.
Outside there is a large patio garden with sofas, a hammok, and lunch table with private barbecue and a breath-taking view on the garden & to the Messina strait.
THE TWO COTTAGES:
Completely immersed in the garden, both are equipped with two double room and an elegant bathroom with shower. Only a few steps to the pebble's path will lead to the private swimming pool and the beach court.
