A secluded shaded eating area is equipped with a barbeque and pizza oven, but if clients wish to have delicious meals served to them then a pizzeria and trattoria just 500 metres away will supply them in typically Sicilian style. At the same walking distance is a small supermarket.
This property is airy and comfortable and is entirely fenced in. Access is via electric gates after which ample parking. The swimming pool is below the main house and reached via steps. It measures 11m x 5m x 0.5m x 2.2m in depth. The pool area is furnished, illuminated, and has a sauna and shower. Next to the pool is the annex.
